About Us
Mobile Laboratory Solutions (M.L.S.) was created to fill a large gap in the healthcare system. After 20 years of providing high-quality phlebotomy, laboratory, and problem-solving solutions in a military healthcare setting, Mrs. Giselle Rieschick knew she had more to offer in the civilian community.
By leveraging her Doctorate of Business and Diplomate of Laboratory Management Certification, M.L.S. was developed to deliver affordable and convenient access to laboratory testing and optimization in 2022.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide in-home services?
At this time our services are limited to larger groups of individuals.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Before our visit, you may want to ask your physician specific questions about the testing being performed. Sometimes special preparation is required to improve the accuracy of a test. Some examples include:
-Fasting (not eating any or certain foods) for several hours
-Drinking more or less water than usual
-Avoiding certain medications or vitamin and herbal supplements
It is important to talk to your doctor about the medications you are currently taking (including supplements and other over-the-counter medications) before making changes and having laboratory tests performed.
Do I need a provider to order my tests?
If you want your insurance to cover the cost of the test, then yes. If your employer is covering the cost, then no.
Where do I get my tests completed?
What methods of payment does M.L.S accept?
Website: Visit the Bill Pay section, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mail: Send your payment to the address shown on your bill.
At Time of Service: Cash, money orders, personal checks, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. For online payments, we also offer several convenient payment methods, including PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please remember to attach the stub from your bill when mailing in your payment. If paying by check, include your 8-digit invoice number on the check.
What types of insurance does M.L.S. accept?
If your health care benefits do not cover clinical laboratory testing
services, you will have to pay for the tests performed before specimen collection services are performed.
If you are covered by more than one commercial insurance plan, your primary insurer will process your claim first, and then any remaining balance will be billed to the secondary insurer.
You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer informing you of the amount it will pay for your laboratory services. The EOB is not a bill, but it may indicate that a balance remains which is your responsibility. That balance may include your copayment, deductible, or other costs outlined in your terms of coverage. If you have a question about your EOB or your terms of coverage, contact your insurance company.
How do I get my results?
Results can be printed on the day of testing.
What do I do with my results?
Follow up with a provider if needed.
